Financial Report
-Checking Account balance: $2,463.09
-Tax forms submitted
Panhellenic Council/IFC
-Homecoming. The weekend went well and the police ended early their party patrol on Saturday night. There was much less foot traffic due to the poor weather.
-Job Networking. The students believe there will be a good response to the email sent out for the job search seminar.
UGPB Update
-Recruitment Group has met two times and it looks like the scope may expand to include pr/marketing materials that are used for both councils.
MGAP Membership
-Officer Recruitment. We have been contacting individuals who have shown interest this past year in joining the board.
-Interest Form. Paul is still working on creating a form that can be sent via email to the Greek Alumni Network list.
-Meet with House Corp./Chapters/Alum Groups. We will be sending a message to the Presidents of the groups to see if there are questions regarding MGAP and if we can attend their next meeting.
-2005-06 Billing. A three-part letter, invoice, and commitment letter will be sent out to all chapters and house corporations.
Greek Village Working Group Organization
-Brett gave a report on the recent meetings and what the group is working on.
City Ordinances
-There will not be enough time to work on changes to the ordinances that were created in 1999, making Greek properties a classification of its own, before election day.
