On July 7 the Alumni and Undergraduates of Phi Gamma Delta held a fundraiser for Ryan Bade. Around 150 people attended the event and with donations prior to the event, dinner receipts, and the silent auction approximately $2,800 was raised on Ryan’s behalf.
We sincerely thank everyone who attended the event and to those that have offered assistance, thoughts and prayers during this time.
We would also like to thank Abby Weinandt, Panhellenic Council President, for working with us in getting the story that was shown on July 8 on WCCO TV. Click here for the story and video.
The members of FIJI here in Minneapolis and Ryan’s friends in Sioux Falls will be selling wristbands for $5 with the words “Bade Resilience”. All proceeds will go to Ryan’s family. To get your wristband go to this web site with or you can contact any FIJI member.
A donation account has been set up through US Bank. Deposits into the account can be made at any US Bank location in the country, either in person or by mail. The account name is “Donation for the benefit of Ryan Bade.” For a list of US Bank locations, please visit the USBank website.
Finally, thanks to MGAP for their support of Ryan and the chapter and for continuing to post updates on the blog.
