MGCA-PHC/IFC attended MGCA in Chicago
The annual MGCA Conference is an opportunity for fraternity and sorority leaders across the Midwest to gather in Chicago and attend a variety of skills pathways. A Pathway is composed of three sessions - on one issue - that one attends throughout the conference. They are intended to allow in-depth discussion by participants, and the sessions will build upon each other. More info http://www.mgca.org/

Goal to deliver the talking points to the chapter in time for the March House Corporation Boards
Greek Community Sponsors
Requesting $750 from each House Corp/Alumnae Group, etc. for each chapter on campus
Goal to have the money by April 1st to get the first mailer out by the end of May/early June to the incoming student list provided by the University
Treasurer's Report:
We have a reconciled bank balance of $3,357.29.
A billing mailing was sent to 61 organizations on 2/9
Motion: To reimburse $76.98 to Rick Hosking for the costs of the billing mailing.

3/8 meeting with PHC and IFC for communication what the GVWGO is up to.

Discussion of the redevelopment of the Faculty Housing is planned to change from current configuration to a more Brownstone/Georgetown feel
The group is focusing on three areas that they would like to be developed
